It would take too long to post every single photo from yesterday's afternoon of sledding, so I decided to just post a link to the whole photo gallery under my account:

Getting ready to go down
My son, Josh, sizes up the hill before getting ready to ride down in a tobogan-styled sled that we borrowed from the Bryants. Unfortunately we weren't able to bring any of our sleds because they were locked in the garage.

Sledding Fun
The kids and I just returned from the hill across from Salt River Park where we spent a couple of hours sledding with a few folks from our church. Rose Cowden, the Fredericks, and Shelley Bryant were among the families that were there for some sledding. Rose had brought some hot chocolate and other drinks to share with everyone who was there.
Now there is a pile of winter clothes drying in front of our door and we're taking the rest of the afternoon to warm up after our time out in the snow. The weather was actually pretty good for sledding--it wasn't too cold without being warm enough to melt the snow faster than we could ride downhill.
I'm going to be uploading a few photos from our sledding trip.

Easter Play
Plans are underway to produce and present an Easter play put on by the Living Out Loud Youth. The Easter play will follow the same tone as the same family from the Christmas Pageant shares the story of Jesus' crucification and return to heaven.
